What happens after you book your class online?

Once you’ve booked your class, here’s what happens next:

1) You’ll receive a confirmation email

Immediately after booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link, and some recommendations for what to have with you for your practice. Keep this email somewhere safe so you can access your class on time.

2) You don’t need to log into Kajabi

Weekly SUTRA classes are held online via Zoom, you don’t need to log in to Kajabi to access them. When it’s time for your class, simply open your confirmation email and click the Zoom link.

3) You’ll receive reminder emails

You’ll receive a couple of reminder emails before your class. These will remind you about your upcoming class and include the Zoom link, so you don’t need to worry if you misplace the original confirmation email. Again, please keep these somewhere safe, so you can access your class on time.

4) Join your class on Zoom if you are attending live

Please click the Zoom link a few minutes before the class starts so that you’re ready to begin on time. Your confirmation and reminder emails will include:

• The date and time of your class

• The Zoom link

• What you need for class

5) If you just want to watch the recording

If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive an email after the class with a link to watch the recording. Classes are available to purchase for up to 72 hours after class. The recordings will be sent during that period, and are available to watch back for a week, so make sure to watch it before the link expires.

If you can’t find your Zoom link

First, please search your email inbox and deleted items folder for your class confirmation or reminder emails. Your Zoom link is included within these emails. If you still can’t find it, please let us know in good time before the class date. We will be in touch to support you as soon as possible.
